Early career program

You are about to finish your studies or have recently graduated and are looking for your first job? Starting a career is not always simple. You may not yet be sure what you want or where to start. We understand that. This is why for years we have been running early career programs giving young people a proper start in their careers.

Over the last five years, as part of such programs we have been happy to greet over 450 young people without previous working experience. If you are interested in there opportunities, here you can learn more about each of the programs.

NIS Calling

Paid three-month internship program for third and fourth year students and master students. More than 250 students have completed the program since its creation in 2019. The working hours are flexible, leaving space for studies and personal life. The program also include mentoring, various social events, and training workshops

NIS Energy

A one-year paid employment program, intended for graduates or master students with less than one year of experience. To gain experience throughout the program you will receive support from a mentor, participate in field visits and expert training, and complete an individual project assignment. Until now, over 120 people took part in the program, and 95% of them remained employed.

NIS academy

A two-week unpaid internship program for third and fourth year students recognized as part of mandatory college practicum requirements. You will learn more about the company, attend trainings that will help you develop skills needed to find and succeed at a new job, and work on case studies in your area of expertise. The dates and the required educational profiles are different each year, so the company notifies the corresponding educational institutions about admissions on time.

Operator internship program

Paid six-month program for graduates of technical schools NIS partners with: May 23 Technical School, Mechanical School, Pančevo Nikola Tesla Electrical School and Zrenjanin Technical School. With the support of mentors, from the first day trainees gain practical experience as operators, and get a chance at full-time employment in the role.
